近几年，我国提倡兴办寄宿制学校，并且取得了较大的成绩，但由于寄宿制办学方式在我国还处在刚刚起步与探索阶段，所以，寄宿制学校在管理方面也存在一些问题。重点以新疆奇台县某小学为例，分析寄宿制学校学生生活管理方面存在的问题，并提出相应的解决策略。

In recent years,China has encouraged to set up boarding school,and has made great achievements. But because the boarding school has just started in China and has still in the exploratory stage,there were some problems in the management of life. It will focus on analyzing problems in the management of boarding school as example to Xin Jiang Qitai country,and will come up with solutions.
