粉煤灰通过碱熔融预处理后,采用水热合成法合成了单一的NaA型沸石。研究了液固比和晶化时间及温度对合成沸石的影响,并对其饱和吸附量进行了研究。研究表明:水热合成的沸石对锌离子具有很强的脱除能力,其最大饱和吸附量达到172 mg/g ,其在水处理领域将具有广阔的应用前景。

Single-phase NaA zeolite (ZFA) was synthesized through hydrothermal method (HT) from coal fly ash (CFA) pretreated by NaOH fusion. The effects of liquid-solid ratio, crystallization time and temperature were investigated. At the same time, the saturated adsorption of NaA zeolite was also investigated. The results show that the ZFA through HT has high removal efficiency for Zn2+, and the maximum adsorption capacity reaches to 172 mg/g. So the zeolite will have spacious applied prospect in the realm of water treatment.
