标准配送式变电站建设，创新建设模式，按照“标准化设计、工厂化加工、装配式建设”思路，积极应用通用设计、通用设备，集成应用新技术、优化建筑结构型式，推行工厂预制和现场安装两个阶段建设变电站。文章以孙岗110 kV变电站建设专业管理和工程实践综合分析说明，标准配送式变电站建设能够较好地满足资源节约型、环境友好型、工业化的变电站设计建设要求，具有广泛的推广价值。

The standard distribution substation construction, innovates construction mode, according to the ″standardized design, factory processing, assembling construction″ ideas, actively applying the uni-versal design and equipment, synthetically applying new technologies, optimizing building structural style, carrying out two stages of the factory prefabrication and field installation for substation construction. In this paper, taking the professional management and engineering practice of Sungang 110kV substation construction as example to analyzes, it indicates that standard distribution substation construction can meet the design and construction requirements of resources saving, environmental friendly and industriali-zation, with wide promotional value.
