利用废干电池制取锰锌铁氧体过程中需要准确测定铁含量。以铝粉作还原剂,采用重铬酸钾滴定法测定铁含量,研究了锰锌等元素对测定的影响。结果表明,该法操作简单、快速准确,铁回收率为97.0%~99.6%。
利用廢榦電池製取錳鋅鐵氧體過程中需要準確測定鐵含量。以鋁粉作還原劑,採用重鉻痠鉀滴定法測定鐵含量,研究瞭錳鋅等元素對測定的影響。結果錶明,該法操作簡單、快速準確,鐵迴收率為97.0%~99.6%。

Iron content must be determined accurately in the process of preparing manganese zinc ferrite from waste dry batteries. A method is used to determine iron content by titration of potassium dichromate with aluminum powder as reducing agent. Meanwhile, the effects of manganese and zinc elements on the results of determination are studied. The results show that this method is simple, rapid and accurate. The iron recovery is in the range of 97.0%~99.6%.
