目的：探讨脑卒中患者继发性癫痫发作与病变性质的关系。方法回顾性分析我院神经内科2011-05-2013-04收治的100例脑卒中患者的临床资料。结果100例脑卒中患者中8例继发癫痫，总发生率8％。蛛网膜下腔出血患者首次继发性癫痫发作率明显高于脑梗死患者（P＜0.05）；各类型脑卒中患者早晚癫痫发生率相比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；各类型脑卒中后反复发作癫痫的发生率相比差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论在继发性癫痫的发生率方面，蛛网膜下腔出血患者的发生率最高，脑梗死患者的发生率最低。
목적：탐토뇌졸중환자계발성전간발작여병변성질적관계。방법회고성분석아원신경내과2011-05-2013-04수치적100례뇌졸중환자적림상자료。결과100례뇌졸중환자중8례계발전간，총발생솔8％。주망막하강출혈환자수차계발성전간발작솔명현고우뇌경사환자（P＜0.05）；각류형뇌졸중환자조만전간발생솔상비차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；각류형뇌졸중후반복발작전간적발생솔상비차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05）。결론재계발성전간적발생솔방면，주망막하강출혈환자적발생솔최고，뇌경사환자적발생솔최저。
Objective To study the relations between secondary seizures and lesions of stroke patients. Methods The clinical data of 100 stroke patients who had been treated in our hospital from May 2011 to April 2013 were retrospectively ana-lyzed. Results Among the 100 cases of stroke patients ,secondary seizures occurred in eight cases ,the total incidence rate was 8%. The first secondary seizures incidence rate of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage was significantly higher than that of patients with cerebral infarction ,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The difference of incidence rates of earlier or later secondary seizures in patients with various types of stroke were not statistically significant (P>0.05);The difference of incidence rates of recurrent seizures in patients with various types of stroke were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage have the highest incidence rate of secondary seizures ,which of the patients with cerebral infarction is the lowest.
