目的：对双氯芬酸钠滴眼液在眼科术后抗炎的疗效进行观察和探讨。方法：选用2011年1月至2012年12月到本院眼科接受白内障手术治疗的患者142例，根据术后患者采用自愿的原则，随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组各71例。手术前后1周内给予治疗组患者使用0.1%双氯芬酸钠滴眼液；而对照组术后则不用药，在术后1周内，观察两组患者的病眼视力、人工晶状体前表面色素沉着以及前房水的浑浊情况。结果：治疗组患者术后的视力恢复明显比对照组好，人工晶状体前表面色素沉着以及前房水的浑浊情况比对照组少。结论：对眼科术后患者使用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液，抗炎效果较好，疗效确切。
목적：대쌍록분산납적안액재안과술후항염적료효진행관찰화탐토。방법：선용2011년1월지2012년12월도본원안과접수백내장수술치료적환자142례，근거술후환자채용자원적원칙，수궤분성치료조화대조조，매조각71례。수술전후1주내급여치료조환자사용0.1%쌍록분산납적안액；이대조조술후칙불용약，재술후1주내，관찰량조환자적병안시력、인공정상체전표면색소침착이급전방수적혼탁정황。결과：치료조환자술후적시력회복명현비대조조호，인공정상체전표면색소침착이급전방수적혼탁정황비대조조소。결론：대안과술후환자사용쌍록분산납적안액，항염효과교호，료효학절。
Objective:observation and Discussion on effect of anti-inflammatory and diclofenac sodium eye drops in the Department of Ophthalmology after surgery. Methods:142 patients from 2011 January to 2012 December to our hospital department of ophthalmology for cataract operation therapy,postoperative patients using the principle of voluntary, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 71 cases. in one week Before and after operation in patients treated with 0.1%diclofenac sodium eye drops;while the control group after operation without medication,in one week after operation,two groups were observed in patients with disease of eyesight,intraocular lens anterior surface pigmentation and anterior chamber water pol ution situation. Results:the treatment group patients with postoperative visual acuity was significantly bet er than the control group, intraocular lens anterior surface pigmentation and anterior chamber water turbidity of less than the control group. Conclusion:in the Department of ophthalmology patients using diclofenac sodium eye drops,has a good effect on the postoperative inflammation,inflammatory reaction reduces postoperative patients.
