在各种病因的作用下，新生儿体内胎儿型红细胞破裂，向血液中大量释放胆红素，所产生的临床综合征即为新生儿高胆红素血症，其发病率逐年上升，可导致新生儿神经系统损伤、智力发育异常等。新生儿高胆红素血症换血疗法（BET）虽在世界发达国家临床应用逐渐减少，但从我国对其使用状况来看，BET仍然是治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的有效方法之一，可快速有效降低体内胆红素水平。现就BET治疗新生儿高胆红素血症现况作一综述。

The neonatal red blood cells rupture subjected to various causes in newborns, containing bilirubin leak into blood plasma and cause level of serum bilirubin increases significantly, this clinical syndrome is called neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, one of the most common disease in newborns. The morbidity of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia increases every year, could lead to nervous system damage and abnormality of mental development. Blood exchange transfusion (BET)become more and more a rare treatment in developed countries, but it is still a fast, effective and confirmed alternative to treat neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Now is to review the application of BET in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
