电吹船是沿海匡围造地主要施工船舶,具有吃水浅、机动灵活、成本低、工况适应能力强等优点。随着匡围工程规模的不断扩大,所需吹砂距离也随之增长,以至电吹船自身吹距不能满足施工需求。为解决施工长距离吹砂技术难点,从沿管线增加接力泵方式着手,并基于上海浦东机场商飞配套五跑道陆域区堆载体工程实践研究,得到粉细砂条件下,船机泥泵功率与长距离管道吹距的比例关系,不仅可确定接力泵配备合理位置,解决长距离管道吹砂技术难点,而且达到节约施工成本、提高施工效率的效果。
電吹船是沿海劻圍造地主要施工船舶,具有喫水淺、機動靈活、成本低、工況適應能力彊等優點。隨著劻圍工程規模的不斷擴大,所需吹砂距離也隨之增長,以至電吹船自身吹距不能滿足施工需求。為解決施工長距離吹砂技術難點,從沿管線增加接力泵方式著手,併基于上海浦東機場商飛配套五跑道陸域區堆載體工程實踐研究,得到粉細砂條件下,船機泥泵功率與長距離管道吹距的比例關繫,不僅可確定接力泵配備閤理位置,解決長距離管道吹砂技術難點,而且達到節約施工成本、提高施工效率的效果。

The electric-hydraulic dredger is the major construction ship during the land reclamation project which has advantages of shallow draft, flexibility, lower cost and great adaptability. With the continuous expansion of the inning project, the sand-blowing distance required increases, but the blowing distance of the electric-hydraulic dredger itself cannot meet the construction needs. In order to solve the technical difficulty of the long-distance construction, we increase the relay pump along the pipeline. Meanwhile, according to the auxiliary loader project of the Fifth Commercial Aircraft Runways in Shanghai Pudong airport , we obtain the proportional relationship between the pump power and the long-distance pipeline under the condition of the fine sand. It can not only determine the reasonable position of the relay pumps to solve the technical difficulties of the long-distance construction, but also cut down the construction cost, and improve the efficiency of construction efficiency.
