[目的]比较不同影像学检查方法对小肾癌的诊断价值。[方法]回顾性分析75例经手术病理证实的小肾癌患者的影像学资料。比较静脉肾盂造影（IVP）、B 超、CT、MRI 和超声造影五种影像学诊断方法的诊断准确率。[结果]以病理学诊断为金标准，75例小肾癌患者诊断准确率分别为 IVP 16．36％（9/55）、B超61．33％（46/75）、CT 90．67％（63/70）、MRI 86．21％（50/58）和超声造影95．24％（40/42）。[结论]CT、MRI 检查和超声造影对小肾癌的诊断均有较大价值，其中以超声造影最佳。

[Objective]To evaluate and compare the value of different imaging examination methods in the diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma.[Methods]Imaging data of 75 patients with small renal cell carcinoma proved by surgical pathology were analyzed retrospectively.The diagnostic accuracy of five imaging methods such as intravenous pyelography(IVP),B-ultrasound,CT,MRI and ultrasonic contrast were compared.[Results]Pathological diagnosis was taken as gold standard.The diagnostic accurate rates of IVP,B-ultra-sound,CT,MRI and ultrasonic contrast for 75 patients with small renal cell carcinoma were 16.36%,61. 33%,90.67%,86.21% and 95.24%,respectively.[Conclusion]CT,MRI and ultrasonic contrast have great value in the diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma.Among them,ultrasonic contrast is the best.
