[目的]探讨 p53、VEGF 和端粒酶联合检测对食管癌诊断及预后判断的价值。[方法]对确诊的62例食管癌和32例癌旁组织及16例非瘤性食管炎性组织中的 p53、黏膜端粒酶和血浆中 VEGF 的含量进行检测并分析其诊断的敏感性、特异性。[结果]食管癌 p53、VEGF 和端粒酶的表达显著高于对照组及癌旁组织组(P <0.01)。与食管癌分期、分化程度密切相关。联合检测其敏感性和特异性明显高于单项检测(P <0.01)。[结论]p53、VEGF、端粒酶联合检测对食管癌诊断及预后判断有重大价值。
[目的]探討 p53、VEGF 和耑粒酶聯閤檢測對食管癌診斷及預後判斷的價值。[方法]對確診的62例食管癌和32例癌徬組織及16例非瘤性食管炎性組織中的 p53、黏膜耑粒酶和血漿中 VEGF 的含量進行檢測併分析其診斷的敏感性、特異性。[結果]食管癌 p53、VEGF 和耑粒酶的錶達顯著高于對照組及癌徬組織組(P <0.01)。與食管癌分期、分化程度密切相關。聯閤檢測其敏感性和特異性明顯高于單項檢測(P <0.01)。[結論]p53、VEGF、耑粒酶聯閤檢測對食管癌診斷及預後判斷有重大價值。
[목적]탐토 p53、VEGF 화단립매연합검측대식관암진단급예후판단적개치。[방법]대학진적62례식관암화32례암방조직급16례비류성식관염성조직중적 p53、점막단립매화혈장중 VEGF 적함량진행검측병분석기진단적민감성、특이성。[결과]식관암 p53、VEGF 화단립매적표체현저고우대조조급암방조직조(P <0.01)。여식관암분기、분화정도밀절상관。연합검측기민감성화특이성명현고우단항검측(P <0.01)。[결론]p53、VEGF、단립매연합검측대식관암진단급예후판단유중대개치。
[Objective]To examine the one or more indexes of P53,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and telomerase in order to explore the value in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of esophageal cancer.[Meth-ods]The levels of P53,VEGF and mucosal telomerase in mucosa of 62 patients confirmed as esophageal cancer, 32 tissues adjacent to carcinoma and 16 non-tumor inflammatory tissues as controls were detected.The sensitivity and specificity were analyzed.[Results]The expressions of P53,VEGF and mucosal telomerase in esophageal cancer were significantly higher than those in normal control group and group with the tissue adjacent to carcinoma (P <0.01),and correlated with the stage and differentiation of esophageal cancer.The sensitivity and specificity of the combined detection of P53,VEGF and mucosal telomerase were obviously higher than those of single detec-tion(P <0.01).[Conclusion]The combined detection of P53,VEGF and telomerase have a significant value in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of esophageal cancer.
