[目的]探讨电视胸腔镜手术（video-assisted thoracic surgery，VATS）治疗胸外伤的价值。[方法]2007年3月至2012年6月本院收治的胸外伤需进行手术治疗的患者52例分为电视胸腔镜手术组（VATS组）20例，传统开胸手术组（对照组）32例，研究两组围术期指标。[结果]两组治愈率无明显差异，与对照组相比，VATS 组术中出血少，术后胸管留置时间短，引流量少，住院天数缩短。[结论]合理应用电视胸腔镜技术能减轻胸外伤患者创伤程度，利于术后恢复。
[목적]탐토전시흉강경수술（video-assisted thoracic surgery，VATS）치료흉외상적개치。[방법]2007년3월지2012년6월본원수치적흉외상수진행수술치료적환자52례분위전시흉강경수술조（VATS조）20례，전통개흉수술조（대조조）32례，연구량조위술기지표。[결과]량조치유솔무명현차이，여대조조상비，VATS 조술중출혈소，술후흉관류치시간단，인류량소，주원천수축단。[결론]합리응용전시흉강경기술능감경흉외상환자창상정도，리우술후회복。
[Objective]To explore the value of video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS)in the treatment of chest trauma.[Methods]A total of 52 patients with chest trauma scheduled for the operation in our hospital from March 2007 to June 2012 were divided into VATS group(n =20)and traditional thoracotomy(control group,n =32).The parameters in preoperative period were studied.[Results]There was no obvious differ-ence in curative rate between two groups.Compared with control group,intraoperative bleeding was less,and chest tube retention duration was shorter,and the drainage volume was fewer and the hospital day was short-ened in VATS group.[Conclusion]Rational use of VATS can alleviate the trauma degree of patients with chest trauma,and is helpful for postoperative recovery.
