[目的]探讨高三尖杉酯碱、阿糖胞苷、粒细胞集落刺激因子（HAG 方案）联合榄香烯乳治疗老年急性髓系白血病（AML）的临床疗效。[方法]选取来本院治疗的初治 AML 老年患者52例，随机平均分成对照组和研究组。对照组给予 HAG 方案治疗。治疗组给予 HAG 方案联合榄香烯乳治疗。观察两组临床疗效和副反应发生率。[结果]①对照组总有效率为65．4％，治疗相关病死率7．6％，研究组的总有效率为76．9％，治疗相关病死率3．8％，两组相比，有统计学差异（P ＜0．05）。②研究组患者感染和消化道症状等副反应发生率明显比对照组减少，具有统计学差异（P ＜0．05）。[结论]HAG 方案联合榄香烯乳治疗初治老年急性髓系白血病的临床疗效显著，值得推广。
[목적]탐토고삼첨삼지감、아당포감、립세포집락자격인자（HAG 방안）연합람향희유치료노년급성수계백혈병（AML）적림상료효。[방법]선취래본원치료적초치 AML 노년환자52례，수궤평균분성대조조화연구조。대조조급여 HAG 방안치료。치료조급여 HAG 방안연합람향희유치료。관찰량조림상료효화부반응발생솔。[결과]①대조조총유효솔위65．4％，치료상관병사솔7．6％，연구조적총유효솔위76．9％，치료상관병사솔3．8％，량조상비，유통계학차이（P ＜0．05）。②연구조환자감염화소화도증상등부반응발생솔명현비대조조감소，구유통계학차이（P ＜0．05）。[결론]HAG 방안연합람향희유치료초치노년급성수계백혈병적림상료효현저，치득추엄。
[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of homoharringtonine,cytarabine and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(HAG regimen)combined with elemene for the initial treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML).[Methods]A total of 52 elderly patients with AML who received the ini-tial therapy in our hospital were chosen and divided into control group and study group randomly and equally. The control group was given HAG regimen,while the study group received HAG regimen and elemene.Clini-cal efficacy and the incidence of side effects in two groups were observed.[Results]The total effective rate of the control group and study group was 65.4% and 96.9% respectively,and the treatment related mortality of the control group and study group was 7.6% and 3.8% respectively,and there were significant differences be-tween two groups(P <0.05).The incidence of side effects such as infection and gastrointestinal symptoms in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and there was significant difference(P <0.05).[Conclusion]HAG regimen combined with elemene for the initial treatment of AML has significant clinical ef-ficacy,so it is worthy of promotion.
