[目的]探讨综合方案治疗复发性胶质瘤的临床疗效及影响预后的主要因素。[方法]选取复发性胶质瘤患者120例为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，每组60例，对照组采用单纯手术治疗，观察组采用手术＋放疗＋化疗的综合方案治疗，对比两组疗效，分析影响复发性胶质瘤的预后因素。[结果]观察组总有效率、1年生存率分别为86．7％、88．3％显著高于对照组56．7％、51．7％，其差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；多因素分析显示病理分级、年龄、术后症状缓解时间、肿瘤切除程度是影响其预后的独立危险因素（P ＜0．05）。[结论]手术＋放疗＋化疗的综合治疗方案可有效延缓复发胶质瘤患者的生存时间和提高生存率；病理分级、年龄、术后症状缓解时间、肿瘤切除程度是影响其预后的独立危险因素。

[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of comprehensive scheme for the treatment of recur-rent glioma and the main factors affecting the prognosis.[Methods]A total of 120 patients with recurrent gli-oma were chosen and divided into observation group and control group with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated by single surgery,while the observation group was treated with the comprehensive scheme including operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The efficacy was compared between two groups. The factors affecting the prognosis of recurrent glioma were analyzed.[Results]The total effective rate and one-year survival rate of observation group were 86.7% and 88.3% respectively,which were markedly higher than those in control group(56.7 and 51.7% respectively),and there were significant differences(P <0.05). Multi-factor analysis showed that pathologic stage,age,postoperative remission time and tumor resection de-gree were the independent risk factors which affected the prognosis(P <0.05).[Conclusion]The comprehen-sive treatment scheme(operation + radiotherapy + chemotherapy)can effectively delay the survival time of patients with recurrent glioma and improve the survival rate.The pathologic stage,age,postoperative remis-sion time and tumor resection degree were the independent risk factors which affect the prognosis.
