设计了一实验装置,分别对不同浓度(密度)的盐水溶液进行γ射线测厚实验,实验结果表明:γ射线对盐水溶液的穿透率与盐水溶液的厚度呈负指数关系,且函数的系数与盐水溶液的浓度(密度)无关,据此,可以根据实验公式直接计算厚度。放射性测厚技术是一种无损检测技术,该方法的优势是可以很容易地实现在线测厚和测厚自动化,实现水库、江河以及地下水水位的在线测量,为测量其他液体或其他材料的厚度提供了一种参考方法。

An experimental facility is designed to conduct gamma ray thickness measurement on different con -centrations (density) of the brine solution respectively .The result shows that the principle of negative exponent relation was detected between gamma ray penetrating rate of brine solution and the thickness of brine solution , coefficient of the function has small effect with brine concentration (density).Thus, it can calculate thickness according to the formula directly .Radioactive thickness measurement is a kind of nondestructive testing technol -ogy, showing advantages in easily realizing online thickness measurement on reservoir , rivers, groundwater level and automatic thickness measurement , providing a reference method for measuring thickness of other liquid or material .
