通过配矿对不同硫品位的金矿进行热压预氧化-氰化试验研究,从而获得硫品位与砷、铁、金浸出率的相互关系。结果表明:砷、铁的溶出率以及氧化渣的石灰耗量均随着硫品位的提高有升高趋势,而金的浸出率则与硫品位呈反比关系。

Experiments with the process of hot-pressing pre-oxidation followed by cyanidation were carried out on gold concentrates with different sulfur contents by proportioning to find out the relationship between sulphur grade and leaching rates of arsenic, iron and gold. The results showed that the leaching rate of arsenic and iron and lime consumption for oxidation slag increased with an increase in the sulfur grade, while the gold leaching rate showed an inverse relationship with the sulfur grade.
