针对模具企业中长期设备资源规划问题,以确定性的数学模型为研究基础进行仿真试验,分析其各种不确定性因素对设备资源规划的影响程度,为建立不确定性数学模型提供依据。首先分析了模具企业存在的各种不确定因素,接着基于eM-Plant仿真软件建立了随机因素下的模具生产系统仿真模型,最后通过仿真试验,分析了不确定性因素对设备资源规划的影响。

The uncertainty of long-term facility planning of die & mould enterprise was re-searched by simulation in this paper. Firstly the integer programming model was estab-lished; the influence of the uncertainty of parts repair and equipment failure was analyzed. Secondly the simulation model of the manufacturing system of die and mould was set up;the influence of the uncertainty was researched through the simulation experiment. Finally the validity and practicability of the research method was proved by the result of a case.
