针对应用于行波管螺旋慢波结构绕制的螺旋线绕制系统，提出了一种基于上位机和ACR9000可编程运动控制器的行波管螺旋线绕制机控制系统的设计方法。根据工作任务的控制要求和特点，详细叙述了螺旋线绕制机控制系统的整体框架以及硬件模块、软件模块的实现过程。生产试验结果表明，该系统能够极大地提高行波管螺旋慢波线的螺距绕制精度和生产效率，获得了满意的控制效果。

A design method of TWT helix winding machine control system was forwarded based on upper computer and the ACR9000 programmable motion controller .The TWT helix winding machine system can wind the helix slow wave line of travelling wave tube .The system framework ,hardware module and software module were described in detail according to the requirements and characteristics of the task .The results of production test show that this system can immensely improve the pitch accuracy and production efficiency of the helix slow wave line ,and have a satisfied control effect .
