针对企业早期数控火焰切割机系统出现功能紊乱、外围电路较多和检修不便等问题，提出采用通用的运动控制卡进行改造。运用运动控制卡提供的功能函数，开发了一套数控火焰切割机控制系统。该系统不仅具备了自动加工、暂停加工、原迹返回加工和手动操作等功能，还添加了一些重要功能，如自定义坐标系加工、单步插补加工及定位等。重点介绍了数控火焰切割机模块的实现过程、函数的使用及操作。该系统已在企业数控火焰切割机改造中得到应用。

To solve the problems of the enterprise ’ s early CNC flam cutting machine system ,such as dysfunction ,complex periph-eral circuit,maintenance of the inconvenience ,a CNC flam cutting machine control system which based on general motion control card and used function library provided by motion control card was developed .The system not only has functions of automatic pro-cessing,suspension processing ,along the backtracking processing ,manual operation and the others ,but also adds some important ones,such as custom coordinate system processing ,single step interpolation processing,positioning.Introduces the realization process of the module of CNC flam cutting machine ,the using of the function and operation .The system has been applied in enter-prise CNC flam cutting machine modification ,and can be used as enterprise effective solution .
