以B1-50-80型谐波减速器为研究对象,提出了以瞬态分析结果为基础的柔轮疲劳寿命分析模型,对柔轮进行了疲劳寿命分析。分析结果表明,柔轮轮齿的齿端部和齿根部是最初产生疲劳损伤的部位;疲劳损伤出现的位置是沿柔轮的轴线由轮齿内侧向杯底延伸;柔轮杯口内壁与波发生器接触处是损伤最为严重的部位。研究结果对提高柔轮的使用寿命具有参考价值。
以B1-50-80型諧波減速器為研究對象,提齣瞭以瞬態分析結果為基礎的柔輪疲勞壽命分析模型,對柔輪進行瞭疲勞壽命分析。分析結果錶明,柔輪輪齒的齒耑部和齒根部是最初產生疲勞損傷的部位;疲勞損傷齣現的位置是沿柔輪的軸線由輪齒內側嚮杯底延伸;柔輪杯口內壁與波髮生器接觸處是損傷最為嚴重的部位。研究結果對提高柔輪的使用壽命具有參攷價值。

The B1-50-80 of the harmonic reducer is considered as research object ,on the basis of the transient analysis of result , the fatigue life of flexspline is investigated after fatigue life model has been presented .The analysis results are shown that the tooth tips and tooth roots are the initially fatigue damage parts of the flexspline .The fatigue damage of flexspline occurs along the axis extending from the inside of the tooth to tailor .The engagement location between the flexspline cup and wave generator are serious damage location .The research results have important theoretical significance and reference value of improving the perform -ance of the flexspline .
