介绍了X射线数字成像(digital radiography,DR)技术的应用及工作原理。通过多次试验,对相关技术方案进行不断的调整和完善,最终实现了将DR技术应用于钢管的质量检测中。与传统射线检测的对比结果表明,DR技术的检测灵敏度和空间分辨率明显优于图像增强器,接近于传统胶片的拍片效果,而且成像过程所需时间及图像后期处理时间较短,提高了检测效率,降低了安全风险,完全可以满足相关标准的技术要求。

In this article,it introduced the application status of X-ray digital radiography (DR) technology in other fields and its working principle. Through many tests,continuously adjusted and improved the relevant technology project,it realized applying DR technology to steel pipe quality inspection. Compared with the conventional X-ray detection,the result showed that the sensitivity and the spatial resolution are better than image intensifier,which is close to conventional film. And imaging time and image post-processing time are short,it increases detection efficiency,reduces security risk,and can fully meet technical requirements of relevant standards.
