设计了一种利用SG3526芯片为控制核心的测厚仪逆变直流电源,给出了详细的设计电路图并对其工作原理进行了论述。它以SG3526芯片为控制核心,采用恒频脉宽调制控制方式,根据负载自动调整输出功率得到稳定的电压输出,同时电源具有过流和放电保护功能。实验证明,该电源具有效率高、线性度好和输出稳定等特性。

A high-voltage power supply based on SG3526 was fabricated in this paper whose circuit diagram and working principle were discussed in detail. The power, controlled by invariableness PWM frequency, could obtain corresponding voltage output and power output according to the load change and the protect circuit was also designed. The results of experiment showed that the power could steady work with high efficiency and linearization.
