本文基于熵权法确定评价指标的权重,然后在传统灰色关联分析法的基础上,结合TOPSIS法,构建基于熵权法的灰理想关联分析模型,对施工方案进行灰理想关联优选。并以某工程项目施工方案优选为例介绍该模型的具体应用。计算结果表明:将该模型应用于对施工方案的优选可行、有效。

Because the process of selecting construction scheme owns the attribute of fuzziness and multi-objective, it is hard to directly rank the alternate construction schemes. This paper determines the weights of evaluation indexes based on the entropy weight method firstly. Then of the basis of combining the method of traditional grey correlation analysis and the method of TOPSIS, we build grey ideal correlation analysis model based on entropy weight method and optimize the alternate construction schemes. At last take a project as an example to introduce the concrete application of this model. The calculation results show that this model is feasible and effective in field of the optimization for construction schemes.
