目的：探讨薄层CT增强扫描及后处理技术对肺隔离症的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的5例肺隔离症的临床及CT表现资料,所有患者均行薄层CT增强扫描+三维重建。结果：5例肺隔离症均为叶内型,4例位于左肺下叶后基底段,1例位于右肺下叶后基底段,均由胸主动脉分支供血,引流静脉均进入肺静脉系统。结论：薄层CT增强扫描+三维重建能清晰显示异常供应血管及引流静脉,在肺隔离征的诊断中有重要价值,为正确制定手术方案提供了可靠的依据。

Objective:To explore the value of CT thin-slice post-contrast scan and post-processing techniques in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration. Methods: Five cases proved by operation and pathology of pulmonary sequestration underwent CT thin-slice post-contrast scan and 3D reconstruction, and the data of their clinical manifestation and CT findings were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Five cases were intralobar pulmonary sequestration, four of whom were located in the posterior basal segment of left lower lobe, and one in the posterior basal segment of right lower lobe. All of them were supplied by thoracicaortic branch blood. All the anomalous venous were drainaged to the pulmonary venous system. Conclusion:CT thin-slice post-contrast scan and 3D reconstruction clearly showed the anomalous feeding artery and venous drainage, which was of great value to the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration and provided a reliable basis for the correct formulation operation scheme.
