目的：探讨采用中西医结合方法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床治疗。方法：将我院诊治的106例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组(53例)和观察组(53例)，对照组采用西药治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中药治疗，观察两组患者年龄、性别、病程、病情、用药方案、心电图疗效、症状疗效、心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛发作时间、硝酸甘油总用量等情况，数据进行统计学分析。结果：观察组患者心电图疗效治疗有效率、症状疗效治疗有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及硝酸甘油总用量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛安全有效，可快速缓解患者症状，减少硝酸甘油用量。

Objective:To explore the use of Integrative Medicine clinical treatment of angina pectoris. Methods:To our hospital 106 cases of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group(53 cases) and observation group(53 cases) and control group using western medicine treatment observation group were given on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine, were observed age, gender, disease duration, disease, drug regimens, ECG, symptom treatment, angina frequency, angina onset time, the total dosage of nitroglycerin, the data were statistically analyzed.Results:The patients ECG treatment is efficient, effective symptomatic treatment efficacy rate was significantly higher(P<0.05);observation group were angina frequency, duration and total amount of nitroglycerin was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions:Integrative treatment of angina pectoris is safe and effective, can quickly relieve symptoms and reduce the doses of nitroglycerin.
