肌筋膜炎是临床常见病之一，从肌筋膜“扳机点”入手治疗具有较好的疗效。本文分别从中医学和现代医学的角度，进一步深入了解肌筋膜“扳机点”，并对目前肌筋膜“扳机点”动物模型的构建进行阐述，阐明针灸干预肌筋膜“扳机点”的机制，对肌筋膜“扳机点”的进一步研究具有积极的意义。
