目的：观察以肩胛提肌起止点为刃针作用靶点治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：将60例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组采用刃针作用于肩胛提肌起止点治疗，对照组采用毫针针刺颈夹脊穴、局部腧穴、阿是穴等为主治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率93．33％，对照组80.00％，两组比较，差异有显著统计学意义（ P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：以肩胛提肌起止点为刃针作用靶点治疗颈性眩晕具有较好疗效。
목적：관찰이견갑제기기지점위인침작용파점치료경성현훈적림상료효。방법：장60례경성현훈환자수궤분위치료조、대조조각30례。치료조채용인침작용우견갑제기기지점치료，대조조채용호침침자경협척혈、국부수혈、아시혈등위주치료，비교량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔93．33％，대조조80.00％，량조비교，차이유현저통계학의의（ P＜0．05），치료조료효우우대조조。결론：이견갑제기기지점위인침작용파점치료경성현훈구유교호료효。
Objective:To observe the curative effect on cervical vertigo treated by blade needle on the target of onset and end of levator scapulae muscle .Methods:60 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group .Treatment group was treated with blade needle in levator scapulae mus-cle enthesis treatment ,and the control group was mainly treated with the therapy of acupuncture at Neck Jiaji point , local acupoints , Ashi point and so on .Then compare clinical curative effects of two groups .Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93 .33%, and the control group was 80 .00%.The difference in two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05),and the efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group .Conclusion:Cervical vertigo treated by blade needle on the target of onset and end of levator scapulae muscle has a better curative effect .
