2011年8月6日14时,临近黄河的韩城禹昌煤矿在11#煤层回采过程中发生底板奥灰水突水,突水通过相邻煤矿采空区,并与8月7日零时5分许冲跨桑树坪煤矿北二车场绕道封闭墙进入斜井280m大巷,很快淹没整个大巷系统造成斜井整体淹井事故。在进行了井上、下水文地质调查、物探、钻探探查和示踪剂测试、水质化验与综合分析研究的基础上,初步确定了突水点与过水通道的区域,结合矿井11#煤层顶、底板、奥灰岩峰峰二段水文地质条件特征,采取了骨料灌注沉积法和松散体注浆加固法,成功隔离了两个矿井之间的水力联系。经过单位吸水率、追排水量、水位变化、残余出水量检验,达到了预期目的,实现了隐蔽突水点及过水通道快速封堵,为矿井全面恢复生产提供了重要保障。
2011年8月6日14時,臨近黃河的韓城禹昌煤礦在11#煤層迴採過程中髮生底闆奧灰水突水,突水通過相鄰煤礦採空區,併與8月7日零時5分許遲跨桑樹坪煤礦北二車場繞道封閉牆進入斜井280m大巷,很快淹沒整箇大巷繫統造成斜井整體淹井事故。在進行瞭井上、下水文地質調查、物探、鑽探探查和示蹤劑測試、水質化驗與綜閤分析研究的基礎上,初步確定瞭突水點與過水通道的區域,結閤礦井11#煤層頂、底闆、奧灰巖峰峰二段水文地質條件特徵,採取瞭骨料灌註沉積法和鬆散體註漿加固法,成功隔離瞭兩箇礦井之間的水力聯繫。經過單位吸水率、追排水量、水位變化、殘餘齣水量檢驗,達到瞭預期目的,實現瞭隱蔽突水點及過水通道快速封堵,為礦井全麵恢複生產提供瞭重要保障。
2011년8월6일14시,림근황하적한성우창매광재11#매층회채과정중발생저판오회수돌수,돌수통과상린매광채공구,병여8월7일령시5분허충과상수평매광북이차장요도봉폐장진입사정280m대항,흔쾌엄몰정개대항계통조성사정정체엄정사고。재진행료정상、하수문지질조사、물탐、찬탐탐사화시종제측시、수질화험여종합분석연구적기출상,초보학정료돌수점여과수통도적구역,결합광정11#매층정、저판、오회암봉봉이단수문지질조건특정,채취료골료관주침적법화송산체주장가고법,성공격리료량개광정지간적수력련계。경과단위흡수솔、추배수량、수위변화、잔여출수량검험,체도료예기목적,실현료은폐돌수점급과수통도쾌속봉도,위광정전면회복생산제공료중요보장。
On 14:00 August 6, 2011, the Yuchang coalmine, Hancheng near the Yellow River happened floor Ordovician limestone wa-ter bursting during the coal No.11 winning. The water bursting passing through neighboring coalmine gob and washed away N2 pitbot-tom of the Sangshuping coalmine by pass blockade wall entered into incline 280m level main roadway about 00:05 August 7, quickly drowned the entire main roadway system causing the whole incline submerged. Based on surface and underground hydrogeological in-vestigation, geophysical prospecting, drilling and tracer detection, water quality testing and comprehensive analysis, initially identified water bursting point and water channel limits;combined with hydrogeological condition characteristics of coal No. 11 roof and floor, Or-dovician Fengfeng Formation second member, using aggregate packing deposition and loose material grouting consolidation, successful-ly isolated hydraulic connection between the two coalmines. Through unit absorption rate, drainage volume, water level variation and re-sidual water charge inspection have reached the desired effect, realized hidden water bursting point and water channel instant sealing and provided principal guarantee for coalmine to resume full production.
