目的：探讨品管圈活动在提高疗养院健康教育质量中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组，活动前对疗养院健康教育的现状问题进行要因分析，制定并落实改进措施，然后开展活动。结果疗养员对健康教育的综合知晓率由活动前的75.7%提高到活动后的90.1%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论通过品管圈活动，可有效提高疗养员对健康教育的综合知晓率，从而提高健康教育的质量。
목적：탐토품관권활동재제고요양원건강교육질량중적응용효과。방법성립품관권소조，활동전대요양원건강교육적현상문제진행요인분석，제정병락실개진조시，연후개전활동。결과요양원대건강교육적종합지효솔유활동전적75.7%제고도활동후적90.1%，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론통과품관권활동，가유효제고요양원대건강교육적종합지효솔，종이제고건강교육적질량。
Objective To probe into the application effects of Quality Control Circle (QCC)to improving health education quality at sana-torium .Methods A QCCteamwas established ,and a causal factor analysis was carried out before operation about the problems in existence in current health education at sanatorium ,then measures for improvement were form ulated ,and finally put them into action .Results The com prehensive medical awareness rate among the convalescents increased from the original 75 .7% before the QCCaction up to 90 .1% as a result of the QCCaction ,with a difference of statistical significance (P<0 .05 ).Conclusion QCCaction can effectively help the convales-cents to improve their com prehensive medical care awareness,thereby enhance health education quality at sanatorium .
