目的：探讨全瓷修复在下颌前牙区种植中的应用及种植体支持的全瓷修复体的临床效果。方法15例下颌前牙缺失患者共植入种植体30枚，以钛制基台行种植修复治疗，共制作氧化锆全瓷冠15件，随访时间6～24个月。结果15件种植修复体临床效果均理想，功能及美学效果佳，患者满意。随访期间有2例崩瓷。结论应用种植体支持的全瓷修复可以满足下前牙功能的需要，亦可获得理想的美学效果。
목적：탐토전자수복재하합전아구충식중적응용급충식체지지적전자수복체적림상효과。방법15례하합전아결실환자공식입충식체30매，이태제기태행충식수복치료，공제작양화고전자관15건，수방시간6～24개월。결과15건충식수복체림상효과균이상，공능급미학효과가，환자만의。수방기간유2례붕자。결론응용충식체지지적전자수복가이만족하전아공능적수요，역가획득이상적미학효과。
Objective To probe into the application of all-ceramic crown bridge to mandibular anterior tooth implantation and the clinical effect of implant supported all-ceramic restoration .Methods 30 implants were used in 15 patients with mandibular anterior teeth loss,and 15 zirconia all-ceramic crown bridges were made on Titanium abutment.Follow-up visits were 6 to 24 months.Results The clinical results of all the 15 restorations were satisfactory,with excellent function and aesthetic effect.Porcelain collapse occurred in 2 crowns during the fol-low-up period .Conclusion The implant supported all-ceramic crown bridge can satisfy the need of mandibular anterior teeth function and achieve ideal aesthetic effect.
