目的：观察综合康复专科护理在脑卒中吞咽障碍治疗中的临床效果。方法60例患者分成对照组(n＝30)和观察组(n＝30)。两组均接受常规康复吞咽功能训练并采用PHYSIOMED vocaSTIM-Master电刺激治疗。观察组增加综合康复专科护理，共治疗30 d。结果观察组在治疗后，吞咽障碍明显好转(P＜0.05)。结论综合康复专科护理能明显提高脑卒中患者的吞咽功能。
목적：관찰종합강복전과호리재뇌졸중탄인장애치료중적림상효과。방법60례환자분성대조조(n＝30)화관찰조(n＝30)。량조균접수상규강복탄인공능훈련병채용PHYSIOMED vocaSTIM-Master전자격치료。관찰조증가종합강복전과호리，공치료30 d。결과관찰조재치료후，탄인장애명현호전(P＜0.05)。결론종합강복전과호리능명현제고뇌졸중환자적탄인공능。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of com prehensive rehabilitation specific nursing for stroke sufferers with dysphagia. Methods 60 patients were divided into control group (n=30 )and observation group (n=30 ).Both groups received routine rehabilitation of swallow ing function training and adopted PHY SIO MED voca STIM -Master electrical stimulation treatment.The observation group were given extra com prehensive rehabilitation specific nursing in a treatment course of 30 days.Results After treatment,dysphagia in the observation group was significantly im proved (P<0 .05 ).Conclusion Com prehensive rehabilitation specific nursing can obviously improve the swallow-ing function of stroke sufferers with dysphagia.
