目的：观察昆明安宁疗养地多种自然疗养因子对军队高血压疗养患者的治疗作用。方法对成都军区昆明疗养院疗养的278例军队高血压疗养患者，根据其不同的高血压分期自愿分成单纯疗养组和自然疗养因子组，检测疗养前后血压，并对疗养前后、不同疗养组及不同高血压分期进行对比。结果经过疗养，两组高血压患者血压均有下降，且差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；自然疗养因子疗养组血压下降程度较单纯疗养组大；Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期高血压患者血压下降程度较Ⅲ期高血压患者大。结论自然疗养因子的疗养方式较单纯疗养降压效果更显著，对Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期高血压具有更好的预防和治疗作用。
목적：관찰곤명안저요양지다충자연요양인자대군대고혈압요양환자적치료작용。방법대성도군구곤명요양원요양적278례군대고혈압요양환자，근거기불동적고혈압분기자원분성단순요양조화자연요양인자조，검측요양전후혈압，병대요양전후、불동요양조급불동고혈압분기진행대비。결과경과요양，량조고혈압환자혈압균유하강，차차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；자연요양인자요양조혈압하강정도교단순요양조대；Ⅰ기화Ⅱ기고혈압환자혈압하강정도교Ⅲ기고혈압환자대。결론자연요양인자적요양방식교단순요양강압효과경현저，대Ⅰ기화Ⅱ기고혈압구유경호적예방화치료작용。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of multiple natural convalescent factors on military convalescents with hyper-tension at Kunming Anning sanatorium .Methods 278 militaryconvalescents with hypertension at Kunming Anning sanatorium were divided into pure convalescence group and natural convalescent factor group based on hypertension level and personal will.Blood pressure was tested before and after convalescence,and com pared based on time points,group classification,and different hypertension stages.Results Signifi-cant decrease of blood pressure after convalescence were observed in both groups and the differences were of statistical significance(P<0.05), and blood pressure decreased faster in natural convalescent factor group than in pure convalescence group.In addition,blood pressure de-creased faster among hypertension sufferers in stageⅠ and stageⅡ than those in stageⅢ.Conclusion Natural convalescent factors achieved more remarkable results than pure convalescence,which has better preventative and therapeutic effect on hypertension in stageⅠ and stageⅡ.
