目的:探讨分析早期孕妇空腹血糖监测在诊断妊娠期糖尿病种的价值。方法:回顾分析40例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,并随机选取同时期的40例正常孕妇作为对照组。比较两组孕妇妊娠各个阶段的空腹血糖值,分娩方式,妊娠过程中所合并的疾病及新生儿的情况。结果:糖尿病组的平均空腹血糖水平均要高于对照组;对照组并发其他疾病的情况要明显优于糖尿病组;糖尿病组剖宫产孕妇的例数要明显多于对照组;糖尿病组新生儿的平均体重要明显重于对照组,而新生儿出生后5min,10min的Apgar评分要显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:早期孕妇空腹血糖监测能够筛检出一部分妊娠期糖尿病患者与疑似患者,为临床诊断提供证据。

목적:탐토분석조기잉부공복혈당감측재진단임신기당뇨병충적개치。방법:회고분석40례임신기당뇨병잉부,병수궤선취동시기적40례정상잉부작위대조조。비교량조잉부임신각개계단적공복혈당치,분면방식,임신과정중소합병적질병급신생인적정황。결과:당뇨병조적평균공복혈당수평균요고우대조조;대조조병발기타질병적정황요명현우우당뇨병조;당뇨병조부궁산잉부적례수요명현다우대조조;당뇨병조신생인적평균체중요명현중우대조조,이신생인출생후5min,10min적Apgar평분요현저저우대조조(P균<0.05)。결론:조기잉부공복혈당감측능구사검출일부분임신기당뇨병환자여의사환자,위림상진단제공증거。
Objective:To study the value of fast plasma glucose monitoring in early pregnancy in the diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods:40 pregnant women with GDM were selected while 40 healthy lying-in women came to our hospital were randomly selected as the control group. Fast plasma glucose level, mode of delivery, the merger of the disease during pregnancy and the situation of the newborn of the two groups were compared. Results:The FPG level of the diabetic group was higher than that of the control group;the situation of being complicated by other diseases of the control group was better than that of the diabetic group;the number of cases of cesarean section of the diabetic group is significantly more than the that of the control group;the average weight of the newborn of the diabetic group was heavier than that of the control group;the Apgar score in 5 min and 10 min after the delivery of the diabetic group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Fast plasma glucose monitoring in early pregnancy can screen part of the GDM patients and some suspected patients, which can provide evidence for the clinical diagnosis.
