目的：探讨亚甲蓝前哨淋巴结(SLN)活检对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结(ALN)转移的预测价值。方法：60例分期为T1～T2期且临床检查腋窝淋巴结阴性的乳腺癌患者,采用乳晕及肿块周围皮下注射亚甲蓝的方法行前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB),随后行腋窝淋巴结清扫术(ALND),前哨和非前哨淋巴结均行常规病理检查。结果：60例患者中,58例成功检出前哨淋巴结107枚,检出率、假阴性率、灵敏度、准确率分别为96.7%,9.5%,90.5%,84.5%。2例检出失败者,年龄均≥60岁,BMI＞25。结论：亚甲蓝染色法SLNB临床应用安全、可靠,前哨淋巴结能准确预测乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移状态。
목적：탐토아갑람전초림파결(SLN)활검대유선암액와림파결(ALN)전이적예측개치。방법：60례분기위T1～T2기차림상검사액와림파결음성적유선암환자,채용유훈급종괴주위피하주사아갑람적방법행전초림파결활검(SLNB),수후행액와림파결청소술(ALND),전초화비전초림파결균행상규병리검사。결과：60례환자중,58례성공검출전초림파결107매,검출솔、가음성솔、령민도、준학솔분별위96.7%,9.5%,90.5%,84.5%。2례검출실패자,년령균≥60세,BMI＞25。결론：아갑람염색법SLNB림상응용안전、가고,전초림파결능준학예측유선암액와림파결전이상태。
Objective:To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy in predicting the status of axillary. Methods:60 T1~T2 stage breast cancer patients with negative lymph node status by physical examination were in the group,intraoperative injection of methylene blue localization of sentinel lymph node and biopsy,underwent conventional axillary lymph node sissection postoperative pathological examination.Results:58 among 60 cases of breast cancer dectection SLN 58 cases with which the number of SLN was 107,the detection rate was 96.7%,the false negative rate was 9.5%,the sensitity was 90.5%,the accuracy rate was 84.5%;2 cases with age≥60y and BMI>25 failed.Conclusion:The technique of methylene blue staining of clinical feasibility SLNB,sentinel lymph node biopsy can accurately predict the axillary lymph node ststus.
