目的：总结12例胸腔镜辅助微创NUSS手术治疗漏斗胸的临床治疗经验。方法：回顾性分析12例漏斗胸患者的临床资料。患者年龄6~18岁,平均11.6岁,其中男性8例,女性4例。结果：12例手术患者均顺利完成手术出院,手术时间35~100min,有3例出现术后气胸,无术中心脏损伤、术后肺部感染、肺不张、钢板感染等严重并发症发生。患者术后胸廓外形明显改善,疗效满意。结论：与传统手术相比,NUSS手术具备微创、美观、手术耗时短、并发症少等优势,术后近期矫形效果满意,远期效果仍需进一步探讨。
목적：총결12례흉강경보조미창NUSS수술치료루두흉적림상치료경험。방법：회고성분석12례루두흉환자적림상자료。환자년령6~18세,평균11.6세,기중남성8례,녀성4례。결과：12례수술환자균순리완성수술출원,수술시간35~100min,유3례출현술후기흉,무술중심장손상、술후폐부감염、폐불장、강판감염등엄중병발증발생。환자술후흉곽외형명현개선,료효만의。결론：여전통수술상비,NUSS수술구비미창、미관、수술모시단、병발증소등우세,술후근기교형효과만의,원기효과잉수진일보탐토。
Objective: To review the clinical management of NUSS procedure by thoracoscopy for the correction of pectus excavatum in 12 patients. Methods:The data of twelve patients(8 male and 4 female ,the age range from 6 to 18 years old, average 11.6 years)with severe pectus excavatum underwent NUSS procedure by thoracoscopy were studied. Results:The operation was successfully completed,the operation time ranged from 35~100 minutes.there were 3 cases of pneumothorax occured after operation ,without serious complications occurred,including cardiac trauma .pulmonary infection..lectasis and plate infection etc. Conclusion:Compared with the traditional surgery,NUSS procedure was microinvasive and had beautiful outlook with shorter operation time and less complications, the recent effect was satisfactory,the further effect needed to be discussed.
