目的：探讨不同程度甲状腺功能亢进（简称甲亢）和病程对血脂的影响，并观察甲亢患者治疗后血脂谱的动态变化。方法收集甲亢患者和健康体检者，分别在初诊和药物治疗2个月后检测各组甲状腺功能与血脂水平。通过病史回顾的方法估计病程时间。结果重度甲亢组和中度甲亢组甘油三酯（TC），总胆固醇（TG）与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）均有不同程度的降低。结论甲亢可引起血脂降低，随甲亢程度加重血脂降低明显，经治疗后，甲亢病情好转血脂逐渐恢复，血脂可先于甲状腺功能恢复正常。
목적：탐토불동정도갑상선공능항진（간칭갑항）화병정대혈지적영향，병관찰갑항환자치료후혈지보적동태변화。방법수집갑항환자화건강체검자，분별재초진화약물치료2개월후검측각조갑상선공능여혈지수평。통과병사회고적방법고계병정시간。결과중도갑항조화중도갑항조감유삼지（TC），총담고순（TG）여저밀도지단백담고순（LDL-C）균유불동정도적강저。결론갑항가인기혈지강저，수갑항정도가중혈지강저명현，경치료후，갑항병정호전혈지축점회복，혈지가선우갑상선공능회복정상。
Objective To explore the characteristic of serum lipids metabolism under different degrees of hyperthyroidism and course,the study observed the dynamic changes in serum lipids metabolism after therapy in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods Patients with hyperthyroidism and cases of healthy were collected,All patients were examined before and two month after therapy, testing serum free triiodothyronine three (FT3),free thyroxine(FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH),and serum lipids.Results TC and LDL-C of the moderate hyperthyroidism group and the severe hyperthyroidism group were lowered than the control group.Conclusion Hyperthyroidism can lower serum lipids.The more increase degree and course of Hyperthyroidism,the more obvious lower in serum lipids level.With therapy,the serum lipids resumed with hyperthyroidism condition improved gradually,serum lipids returned to be normal before the thyroid function.
