Due to lack of existing algorithm to decide the direction of 2D curves and due to existing bug in the algorithm to judge the inclusivity of 2D curves, a new algorithm was proposed for the determination of directivity and inclusivity of 2D curves by calculat-ing the total angular change of the tangent vector along the curve. The inclusivity problem was solved by computing the total rotational angle of the radial vector which is from the point to the profile of the curve.
