利用板料成形模拟软件Dynaform对某轿车非典型U形件的冲压成形过程进行模拟,研究凸、凹模间隙、凸模速度、摩擦因数等对板料成形后厚度的影响,经多次模拟及对模拟结果进行分析,确定可行的成形工艺参数,用于指导实际生产。
利用闆料成形模擬軟件Dynaform對某轎車非典型U形件的遲壓成形過程進行模擬,研究凸、凹模間隙、凸模速度、摩抆因數等對闆料成形後厚度的影響,經多次模擬及對模擬結果進行分析,確定可行的成形工藝參數,用于指導實際生產。

Dynaform, the sheet metal forming simulation software, was used to simulate the stamping forming process of an atypical U-shaped part of a car. The impact of the punch and die clearance, virtual punch velocity, friction coefficient and other factors on the form-ing sheet thickness were studied. After several times of simulation and analysis, the reason-able forming parameters were achieved for the practical production.
