涂装前钢材表面处理的质量大大影响涂层的保护性能,本文以环氧涂层作为研究对象,考察钢材表面的喷砂工艺对粗糙度的影响,并摸索粗糙度与环氧涂层附着力的关系,从而确定具有高附着效果的钢材喷砂工艺,以提高涂层的保护寿命。
塗裝前鋼材錶麵處理的質量大大影響塗層的保護性能,本文以環氧塗層作為研究對象,攷察鋼材錶麵的噴砂工藝對粗糙度的影響,併摸索粗糙度與環氧塗層附著力的關繫,從而確定具有高附著效果的鋼材噴砂工藝,以提高塗層的保護壽命。

The roughness of steel surface has great effects on the protection capability of coating. In this research, epoxy coating was used to study the influence of sanding blasting process on the steel surface roughness. Meanwhile, the relationship between surface roughness of steel and epoxy coating adhesion was studied to confirm the unique sanding blasting process which has excellent adhesion. By the unique process the protection life of epoxy coating was enhanced.
