为解决经编机牵拉装置的轴头断裂与齿轮失效的问题,建立了该机构的刚柔耦合虚拟样机的仿真模型,得到了运动过程中关键零件的等效应力情况;对不合理的结构进行了优化设计,完成了齿轮啮合的有限元分析与牵拉装置模态分析,进行了牵拉辊轴头分析与齿轮失效分析,并且提出了改进措施。指出:通过增加焊板面积和设立加强筋,可以有效降低支承结构的应力集中现象;增大轴头直径、选择合适的热处理方式、改善装配关系等能够避免牵拉辊过早地疲劳破坏;减小装配误差、更换较优材料、提高支承刚度等可以降低齿轮失效的可能性。

To solve the problem of shaft head broken and gear failure for draw-off mechanism, the structure of the coupled simulation model of virtual prototype was set up, the stress of the key parts in the process of move-ment simulation model of a rigid-flex coupled prototype was achieved, and the optimized design of the unreason-able structure was done. The finite element analysis of gear mesh and modal analysis for draw-off mechanism was completed, analysis of shaft head broken and failure analysis of gear was finished, and improvement measures were put forward. Conclusions are summarized: by increasing the weld plate area and the establishment of ribs, stress concentration at the support structure can be effectively reduced, to avoid premature fatigue failure of the pulling roll, we can increase the diameter of the shaft head, select the appropriate heat treatment and improve the assem-bly relationship, by reducing assembly errors, employing optimum materials and increasing support stiffness, the possibility of gear failure can be reduced.
