菌根是生态分布较广的一类植物共生体,其生态功能为大众所认可。一些植物根际微生物对菌根共生体的建立及其功能具有显著的促进作用。以内蒙古地区优势菌根真菌之一的褐环乳牛肝菌(Suillus luteus; SP7)为研究对象,选择从其菌根际分离得到的2株具有溶磷钾能力的细菌荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens; P15)和胶质芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mucilaginosus; K2),研究2株根际细菌对褐环乳牛肝菌在纯培养条件下的促生长作用。结果显示,在纯培养条件下,2种细菌对菌根真菌菌丝的促生作用有赖于培养的先后顺序,其中P15对菌根真菌SP7促生作用最高可增加30.7%; K2对菌根真菌SP7促生作用最高可增加34.7%。菌根真菌SP7对P15和K2的促生作用在真菌培养液的加入量为细菌培养基的1/2时达到最大,细菌OD值分别为2.4216和2.4891;同时接种3种菌解磷解钾效果为最好,培养10 d后,培养液中可溶性K的质量浓度为9.46μg/mL;可溶性P的质量浓度为720.07μg/mL。

Mycorrhizal interaction established between the root systems of terrestrial plants and hyphae from soil-borne fungi are the most ecologically widespread plant symbioses. Its ecological functions are well known. Some rhizobacteria can improve the establishment and functioning of ectomycorrhizal symbiosis. In this study, Suillus luteus (SP7), Pseudomonas fluorescens (P15) and Bacillus mucilaginosus (K2) , are co-cultured in order to reveal the interaction of these two rhizobacteria with Suillus luteus under pure culture conditions. The results show that the growth promotion of P15 and K2 to SP7 depends on the inoculated time. The promoting effect of P15 and K2 on mycorrhizal fungi SP7 increases up to 30.7% and 34.7%, respectively. The promoting effect of SP7 on P15 and K2's OD value increases up to 2.421 6 and 2.489 1, respectively when the fungi cultured liquid is 1/2 amount of the medium. When SP7, P15 and K2 are cultured together for 10 d, the effect of resolving phosphorus and potassium is the best, and the content of soluble K in the medium is 9.46 μg/mL and the soluble P content is 720.07μg/mL.
