研究丝瓜伤流液的体内抗氧化活性。选用生理盐水为载体, VC作为阳性对照组,以不同分子量大小丝瓜伤流液分别灌胃饲养小白鼠。喂养30 d后,测定被饲小白鼠的血清、肝脏及心脏中总抗氧化力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)的活力和丙二醛(MDA),评价丝瓜伤流液对试验小白鼠抗氧化能力的影响。与对照组相比,丝瓜伤流液能够显著提高小白鼠体内T-AOC, SOD和GSH-Px的活力,并显著降低MDA及羟自由基的含量。因此,丝瓜伤流液能够提高小白鼠的体内抗氧化能力,且抗氧化成分主要为分子量小于1 kDa的小分子物质。

The antioxidative activity in vivo of bleeding sap from luffa cylindrica roem is studied. Saline solution is used as carriers, and VC is used as a positive control group. The mice are fed with different molecular weights of bleeding sap from luffa cylindrica roem. After 30 d, the spleen index and thymus index of the mice are determined, meanwhile the T-AOC, SOD, GSH-Px, MDA and hydroxyl free radical content of serum, serum, liver, and heart of the mice are determined, respectively, in order to evaluate the effects of bleeding sap from luffa cylindrica roem on anti-oxidation ability of the mice. After experiments, bleeding sap from luffa cylindrica roem can increase the spleen index and thymus index, and also significantly increase T-AOC, activity of SOD and GSH-Px, and reduce the of MDA content. Therefore, bleeding sap from luffa cylindrica roem can improve the ability of in vivo antioxidation in mice, and the molecular weight of antioxidant compounds are less than 1 kDa.
