分析传统QRS波检测算法的不足,针对移动心电监护系统对ECG信号的实时检测要求,结合ECG曲线的特征,提出一种复合滤波和改进的曲线特征点提取算法,并利用自适应阈值实现QRS波实时检测。经过对移动ECG信号进行测试,表明该算法具有较好的准确性及实用性,适合于移动心电监护系统QRS波实时检测与分析。
分析傳統QRS波檢測算法的不足,針對移動心電鑑護繫統對ECG信號的實時檢測要求,結閤ECG麯線的特徵,提齣一種複閤濾波和改進的麯線特徵點提取算法,併利用自適應閾值實現QRS波實時檢測。經過對移動ECG信號進行測試,錶明該算法具有較好的準確性及實用性,適閤于移動心電鑑護繫統QRS波實時檢測與分析。

Based on the analysis of deficiencies in traditional QRS complexes detection algorithm , aiming at the real-time detection requirement of mobile ECG monitoring system on ECG signal , and in combination with the characteristics of ECG curve , we propose an algorithm of composite wave filter and improved curve feature point extraction , and use adaptive threshold to implement the real-time QRS complexes detection .By testing the mobile ECG signal , it is demonstrated that this algorithm is accurate and useful , and is suitable for real-time detection and analysis of QRS complex in mobile ECG monitoring system .
