目的探讨多奈哌齐联合康复训练治疗老年痴呆患者的临床效果.方法选取2010年6月至2013年6月我院收治的老年痴呆患者144例,随机将其平均分为实验组及对照组,均口服多奈哌齐,实验组再行康复训练,均治疗8周,并观察两组治疗效果.结果治疗后实验组显效63例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率97.2％;对照组显效42例,有效24例,无效6例,总有效率91.7％.实验组总有效率高于对照组,而且实验组MMES评分、BEHAVE-AD评分改善情况优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论多奈哌齐联合康复训练治疗老年痴呆临床效果显著,可有效改善患者精神状态及认知功能,并建议在临床治疗中推广应用.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of donepezil and rehabilitation training for patients with Alzheimer' s disease.Methods 144 patients with Alzheimer' s disease were chosen from our hospital from June,2010 to June,2013 and then were randomly and averagely divided into a treatment group and a control group.The control group were treated with donepezil for 8 weeks.And the treatment group were given donepezil and rehabilitation training for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacies were observed.Results 63 patients responded to the treatment well,7 just responded to,and 2 did not in the treatment group,with a efficacy of 97.2％.42 patients responded the treatment well,24 just responded to,and 6 did not in the control group,with a efficacy of 91.7％.The values of MMES and BEHAVE-AD were improved more in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusions Donepezil and rehabilitation training for patients with Alzheimer' s disease is effective,can improve the patients' mental status and cognitive function,and is worth being clinically generalized.
