目的：分析星状神经节阻滞疗法和传统药物治疗的效果。方法将我院神经内科门诊就诊的124例偏头痛患者分为观察组和对照组各62例，观察组采取星状神经节阻滞方法治疗，对照组采取西医药物治疗，对比2组治疗效果和并发症的发生率。结果观察组治疗效果和对照组相比显著占据优势，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的并发症发生情况显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论对于顽固性偏头痛患者应用星状神经节阻滞治疗能显著降低患者头痛程度、频率和次数，减少并发症的发生，安全可靠，值得推广。
목적：분석성상신경절조체요법화전통약물치료적효과。방법장아원신경내과문진취진적124례편두통환자분위관찰조화대조조각62례，관찰조채취성상신경절조체방법치료，대조조채취서의약물치료，대비2조치료효과화병발증적발생솔。결과관찰조치료효과화대조조상비현저점거우세，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）；관찰조치료후적병발증발생정황현저소우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론대우완고성편두통환자응용성상신경절조체치료능현저강저환자두통정도、빈솔화차수，감소병발증적발생，안전가고，치득추엄。
Objective To find the best treatment strategy for refractory migraine and bring the best interests to patients , and to analyze and study the advantages of SGB treatment compared to traditional drug therapy.Methods After soliciting the opinions of patients and their family ,124 cases of refractory migraine patients were divided into observation group and control group ,62 cases in each group ,the observation group was given SGB ,the control group adopted traditional drug therapy ,and the clinical efficacy and complication incidence of different treatment strategies were compared.Results Based on statistical a-nalysis ,the clinical efficacy of observation group had significant advantages over that of control group ,the difference between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Applying SGB to refractory migraine not only can decrease the headache degrees ,frequency and times ,decrease the incidence of complications ,but also be safe and reliable ;it deserves to be promoted in clinic.
