文章利用压电陶瓷的正压电效应,收集环境中振动能量并将其转化成电能,设计了一套从压电陶瓷制备、压电发电装置设计到电能管理的压电陶瓷发电的完整的优化方案,解决了压电发电高电压、低电流、持续供电时间短的问题,能够较好地满足小功率、低损耗电路的供电要求。通过制作简易装置并进行测试,初步验证了该装置为低功耗负载持续稳定供电的可行性,并对该装置提出了进一步的展望。

A whole optimization solution for power generation consisting of the preparation of piezoelec-tric ceramics ,the design of piezoelectric generation appliance and the management of electric energy was developed to collect the vibration energy from environment and to convert the energy into electric energy using the direct piezoelectric effect .T he solution fixed the common problem that piezoceram-ics-based power supply has the properties of high-voltage ,micro-current and short-duration output . The solution could provide energy for low-power ,low-lost circuits satisfyingly .The feasibility of the device’s steady power supply for low-power loads was validated by testing on a prototype platform . The further outlook concerning the device was put forward as well .
