P500QL2钢是一种EN 10028-6规定的压力容器用扁平钢中的调质可焊接细晶粒钢,针对P500QL2钢的特点和应用环境要求,采用手工电弧焊和埋弧焊方法对壁厚52 mm的P500QL2钢进行了焊接工艺评定试验。通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度和宏观检测对焊接接头力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:采用适宜的焊接工艺方案, P500QL2钢可获得力学性能优良的焊接接头,该焊接工艺方案已成功应用于水下分离器的本体制造中。

P500QL2 is a quenched and tempered weldable fine grain steel of flat products used for pressure vessel in EN 10028-6 standard. For its characteristics and applied environmental requirements, the welding process qualification test for P500QL2 steel with 52 mm wall thickness was carried out by SMAW and SAW, and the mechanical properties of welded joints were studied by tension, bend, impact, hardness and macroscopic tests. The results showed that adopting appropriate welding process scheme can obtain welded joints with excellent mechanical properties for P500QL2 steel, and this welding procedure scheme is successfully applied to the body manufacturing of underwater separator.
