介绍了灰色系统理论的分析方法，并通过对一组相关性很好的数据进行实际计算举例，说明虽然原始数据的相关性很好，但由于采用了不同的处理方式（如“均值法”和“增量法”），得到的处理结果之间的差异却比较大。因此，建议在使用灰色关联度量化模型处理有关管道风险评估问题时，能够深入分析各种因素之间存在的内禀关系，先从理论的角度分析有关因素的作用机理和规律，最后采用恰当的灰色关联度量化模型，以期获得有益的结果。

In this article, it introduced analysis method of grey theory, and taking practical calculation for a group of good correlation data as an example, it explained although the original data correlation is excellent, the difference of treatment results is great due to adopting different processing ways (such as averaging method and incremental method) . So it recommended that an analysis of the intrinsic relationship among various factors and the action mechanism is in need before using gray correlation degree model to deal with the pipeline risk evaluation, anticipate obtaining a meaningful and proper result.
