在应用有限元软件进行复杂工程结构设计内力分析时,不同构件的模型简化导致设计结果出入较大。文章结合工程实例,提出空间梁单元和杆单元的空间耦合技术问题,应用可释放自由度的beam44单元建立较符合实际的模型。与全梁式单元模型相比,应用自由度耦合技术分析的结果减少了结构刚度和设计内力,但过渡单元由于刚度的突然释放导致内力偏大。动力特性分析表明,采用耦合技术的混合模型与全梁式模型在模态上基本一致,但混合结构对位移的敏感性较高,以此设计将过于保守。

In the internal forces analysis of the complex engineering structure by the ANSYS finite ele-ment software ,the model simplification of different components leads to different design results .In this paper ,the space coupling technical problem of space beam element and bar element is discussed based on an engineering example ,and the beam44 unit which can release degree of freedom (DOF) is used to create a more realistic model .Compared with the full beam element model ,the analysis re-sults applying DOF coupling technology reduce the structural stiffness and internal forces designed , but for the transition unit the internal force is too large due to the sudden release of stiffness .T he re-sults of dynamic characteristics analysis show that the hybrid model using coupling technology is con-sistent with full beam model in modality ,but the hybrid structure has higher displacement sensitivity , so this design will be too conservative .
