文章将三相-单相矩阵变换器引入 H桥级联型高压变频器,建立了多模块矩阵变换器的拓扑结构(multi-modular matrix converter ,简称MMMC),使之具有两者的双重优点。将三单元矩阵变换器组的3个三相-单相矩阵变换器看作2个三相-三相矩阵变换器,从而建立其等效交-直-交电路模型,分析了基于其等效电路模型的空间矢量调制策略。研究了多个三单元矩阵变换器组级联而成的MMMC的移相空间矢量控制策略(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation ,简称 SVPWM )。用 Matlab/Simulink 建立仿真模型,验证了MMMC拓扑结构及空间矢量控制策略的正确性和有效性。

A multi-modular matrix converter(MMMC) topology is built by introducing the three-phase to single-phase matrix converter into H-bridge cascade-type high-voltage inverter and it has double characters of them . T he equivalent AC-DC-AC circuit model is built through treating three three-phase to single-phase matrix converters of three-unit matrix converter groups as two three-phase to three-phase matrix converters and the space vector modulation strategy based on the equivalent circuit model is analyzed .The phase-shifted space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) strategy of mul-tiple three-unit matrix converter groups cascaded-type MMMC is researched .The correctness and va-lidity of the MMMC topology and its space vector modulation strategy is verified through Matlab/Sim-ulink .
