为实现对视频运动目标落点的准确定位与参数分析,并满足其实时性要求,研发了基于多路视频图像的运动目标智能分析系统。该系统综合利用图像预处理和判读技术,在改进ViBe和Mean-Shift等相关算法的基础上,对视频图像进行连续的实时滤波、目标检测和定位以实现对目标参数的智能分析。同时,提出了基于多路视频信息定位目标落点算法和多摄像机协同调度技术。实验结果表明,该系统具有精度高、实时性强等特点,具有较高的实用价值。
為實現對視頻運動目標落點的準確定位與參數分析,併滿足其實時性要求,研髮瞭基于多路視頻圖像的運動目標智能分析繫統。該繫統綜閤利用圖像預處理和判讀技術,在改進ViBe和Mean-Shift等相關算法的基礎上,對視頻圖像進行連續的實時濾波、目標檢測和定位以實現對目標參數的智能分析。同時,提齣瞭基于多路視頻信息定位目標落點算法和多攝像機協同調度技術。實驗結果錶明,該繫統具有精度高、實時性彊等特點,具有較高的實用價值。

To meet accurate positioning and real-time requirements,a video movement target analytic sys-tem is designed and realized. Image preprocessing and interpretation techniques are employed in the pro-posed system. Based on the improved algorithms such as ViBe and Mean-Shift, the goal of intelligent a-nalysis is achieved by conducting image filtering, target detection and locating consequently on the input video sequences. Moreover,the algorithm of positioning point of target fall based on multichannel telecamera is presented. Experimental results show that the proposed system is real-time and of high-precision, and is promising in future applications.
